Legal terms for participation in the prize draw

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE DRAW

1.- ORGANISING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

The company VIOLET GRUP MEDIC S.L., with tax identification number B-55216196, registered with the Mercantile Registry of Girona, in Volume 22997, Folio 1, Sheet Number GI57301, Registration 1, and with its registered office at Plaça Poeta Marquina 3, 17, is organising a national prize draw (hereinafter, “the promotion”) to be conducted via the internet, exclusively for users residing in [Girona] in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

The purpose of the raffle is to reward the loyalty of the brand's followers.

2.- START DATE AND END DATE

The promotion will start on 7/07/2022 at 6pm and will end on 27/07/2022.

The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the promotional action if, by the indicated start date, fewer than 100 registrations have been received. Likewise, the Company may extend the termination of the promotional action for an additional week, with the new end date being 27 July 2022, should more than 90 registrations be received.

3.- ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTIONAL MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be as follows:

– Participation is open to individuals residing in Girona who are over 18 years of age.

– Only Participants who hold an Instagram/FB account will be eligible to participate.

– Participants must comment on the brand's post on Instagram/FB, tagging 3 friends, during the participation period.

– Participants may only enter using a single Instagram/FB profile. If a participant is found to be using multiple Instagram/FB profiles, they will be disqualified.

– Even if Participants write multiple comments on the same post, they will only be entered once into the random prize draw.

The application will aggregate mentions and hashtags from the same participant, even if they are in different comments.

4.- TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

The winner will be announced via the brand's social media profiles, along with the certificate of validity for the draw.

The prize will consist of a LIP AUGMENTATION TREATMENT. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be transferred or altered. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize should there be any issues on the day the participant is declared the winner. Stock of the same and, therefore, impossibility of being able to give it.

The winner will be able to contact the Company within 10 days from the date the announcement is made on the brand's social media profile. If no contact is made within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared void or another winner will be assigned, at our discretion.

The drawing and the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.

5. - DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it becomes evident that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements stipulated in the Terms and Conditions, or the data provided to participate is invalid, their participation will be considered void, and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, forfeiting any right to prizes awarded under this Promotion.

The company reserves the right to declare the draw void.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions that are considered inappropriate, offensive, slanderous or discriminatory, or that could infringe the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. Comments against a private individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, personal and family privacy, and one's own image will also not be permitted.

We will not be responsible for any damage caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, which at any time could offend the sensibilities of other Participants.

Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants on posts, may not under any circumstances infringe the Instagram Community Guidelines or the Instagram/FB Terms of Use.

If fraudulent means of participation are discovered by the Company, such as the use of robots In the comments, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Company.

7. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY

By way of illustration, but not limitation, we shall not be held responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor shall we be held responsible for the use made by the Participant of any prize obtained from this Promotion.

We do not accept responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events which might prevent the holding of the Promotion or the enjoyment, in whole or in part, of the prize.

In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, due to fraud detected within it, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the Company's control that affects the normal development of the Competition, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant with acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions authorises your personal data to be incorporated into a file, owned by us, for the purpose of managing the prize draw, as well as disseminating and publicising its results, and processing the award of the prize, and the grant of images to publish the results of the treatment on social networks and our website.

We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection, Restriction of processing, Portability, oblivion and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to info@medicsintegralsalut.com or by letter addressed to the following address: Plaça Poeta Marquina 3. 17002, GIRONA, attaching in both cases a copy of an identifying document.

This is why the Participant declares to have been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the processing.

9. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to amend or extend these promotional terms and conditions, insofar as this does not prejudice or diminish the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.

Simply by participating in the draw, the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Terms and Conditions.

Likewise, participation in a prize draw of this nature implies acceptance that, based on the assessment made by our medical specialist.

10.- Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

These legal terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's place of residence shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or fulfilment of these terms and conditions.
