New concept in body liposculpture

Reshape the body and eliminate localised fat from any area

Major definition of body contouring.

Skin retraction is greater due to the effect of ultrasound, High Definition.
What is High-Definition VASER Liposuction?
Vaser high-definition liposuction is a treatment that achieves greater body remodelling than traditional liposuction. It sculpts from the largest areas, such as the abdomen or legs, to the smallest, like the chin, arms, or ankles, areas that were previously practically unreachable with other surgical techniques.
VASER Lipo technology uses sound waves to selectively target and break up unwanted fat, preserving important tissues like nerves, blood vessels, and collagen. After the fat is liquefied by the ultrasonic energy, it can be easily removed through gentle suction.
The pre-operative assessment for any surgery requires blood tests and an electrocardiogram.
Directions
The Vaser Lipo technique is indicated for patients who have gained weight and, after starting their diet and exercise, have not achieved the expected results.
For all those people who want to define their body and sculpt certain areas. The most important factor in achieving an optimal final contour is to have firm and elastic skin. For this reason, the surgeon carefully considers the suitability of this technique; not all patients are candidates for VASER Lipo.
Advantages of Laser Liposuction
- Respecting surrounding tissues, ultrasound waves are selective for fatty tissue, making it more effective and precise liposuction.
- Major definition of body contouring.
- It can define the muscle contours very well as it can completely eliminate the fat surrounding the muscles, creating a more athletic-looking physique.
- The dissolution of fat allows for better extraction, with greater ease and quantity.
- Skin retraction is greater due to high-definition ultrasound.
- A major advantage for treating various areas simultaneously in the same procedure.
- The suctioned fat can be reused as it does not break the fat cells.
Postoperative
The optimal outcome of an intervention depends significantly on following these recommendations, so please adhere to them scrupulously.
Following the procedure, you may experience temporary discomfort such as pain, primarily in the back, numbness, altered sensation, swelling, and a kicking sensation. This discomfort is quite tolerable for the vast majority, with the help of medication and postoperative manual lymphatic drainage.
During the post-operative period, special compression garments must be used to help the skin adhere to your body's new contours for one month. It is preferable to wear loose clothing, even tracksuits and trainers, as this makes the journey home more comfortable.
As a general rule, and with the exception of specific cases, it's possible to leave drains in for the first few days (3/4 days).
Results
We recommend at least a week of rest. As a general rule, sporting activity can be resumed after 4 to 5 weeks, unless there is a contraindication from the specialist medical team. The results will be immediately visible, but definitively between 4 and 6 months.

FAQs about laser liposuction
How is a normal liposuction different?
High definition is a precise sculpting of body fat to accentuate underlying anatomy, creating an attractive athletic appearance. The difference lies not only in the technique used but also in the device and special cannulas, which in this case are Microaire or Vasér.
Will it be a general anaesthetic or local anaesthetic?
The type of anaesthetic depends on many factors, such as the number of areas to be treated, the patient's body type, and the volume of fat to be removed, among others. Generally, the treatment of one or two areas can be done under local anaesthetic.
How much fat can be removed?
There is no absolute volume that needs to be followed. This must be determined when you visit your plastic surgeon, who will discuss with you the volume of fat that can be safely extracted.
How many zones can be made at once?
It depends on each patient. We have performed high-definition liposuction of the chest, abdomen, back, arms, thighs, and fat transfer once. However, this does not mean that all patients are candidates for all procedures. This must be determined after an evaluation, but it can range from a single area like the abdomen to the entire body.
