TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE DRAW

1.- PROMOTER COMPANY

VIOLET GRUP MEDIC S.L., with tax identification number B-55216196, registered at the Commercial Registry of Girona, in Volume 22997, Folio 1, Sheet Number GI57301, Registration 1, and with tax domicile at Plaça Poeta Marquina 3, 17002, GIRONA, organises a nationwide prize draw (hereinafter, “the Promotion”). This draw will be conducted via the internet and is exclusively for users residing in [Girona], in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

The purpose of this prize draw is to reward the loyalty of the brand's followers.

2. START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will commence on 07/07/2022 at 6pm, and will conclude on 27/07/2022.

The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the promotional activity if, by the stated start date, fewer than 100 participants have registered. Similarly, the Company may extend the termination of the promotional activity by one more week, with the new end date being 27th July 2022, in the event that more than 90 participants register.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The requirements for participation will be as follows:

– Those aged 18 or over and residing in Girona may participate

– Only Participants who are holders of an Instagram/FB account will be able to participate.

– Participants must comment on the brand's post on the social network Instagram / FB, tagging 3 friends during the participation period.

– Participants may only enter using a single Instagram/FB profile. If a Participant is found to be using multiple Instagram/FB profiles, they will be disqualified.

– Even if Participants write multiple comments under the same post, they will only be entered once into the random prize draw.

The application will accumulate mentions and hashtags from the same Participant even if they are in different comments.

4. - PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES

The winner will be announced via the brand's social media profiles, along with the prize draw's certificate of validity.

The prize will consist of a LIP FILLER TREATMENT. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be transferred or altered. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, at the time of declaring the participant the winner, there are problems with Stock and therefore, the impossibility of being able to give the same.

The winner will be able to contact the Company within 10 days from the date of announcement on the brand's social media profile. If no contact is made within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared void or another winner will be assigned, as preferred.

The drawing of the prize, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it is found that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements demanded in the Terms and Conditions, or the data provided to participate is invalid, their participation will be considered null and they will automatically be excluded from the Promotion, forfeiting any right to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions deemed inappropriate, offensive, libellous, or discriminatory, or which could infringe the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. Nor will comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, personal and family privacy, and self-image be permitted.

We will not be liable for any damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, which at any time could offend the sensitivities of other Participants.

Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants in the posts, may not under any circumstances infringe the Instagram Community Guidelines or the Instagram/FB Terms of Use.

Should the Company discover the use of fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of robots In the comments, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Company.

7. - DISCLAIMER

By way of illustration, but not limitation, we shall not be held liable for any potential losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor shall we be held liable for the use the Participant makes of the prize they obtain from this Promotion.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that may prevent the execution of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to detected fraud, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the Company's control that affects the normal development of the Competition, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant with acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions consent that your personal data be incorporated into a file, owned by us, for the purpose of managing the prize draw, as well as disseminating and publicising its results, and processing the delivery of the prize, and the assignment of images for publishing the treatment results on social media and our website.

We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection, Restriction of processing, Portability, forgetting, and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to info@medicsintegralsalut.com or by letter to the following address: Plaça Poeta Marquina 3. 17002, GIRONA, attaching a copy of an identification document in both cases.

It is for this reason that the Participant declares to have been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection, accepting and consenting to their processing.

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms and conditions, provided that this does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the Promotion Participants.

Participation in the prize draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Terms and Conditions.

Furthermore, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance that, depending on the assessment carried out by our medical specialist... .

10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These legal terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's place of residence shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these terms and conditions.
